Jim Sommer, M.S., LCP, RPT
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, Registered Play Therapist, and a Diplomate in School Neuropsychology with 34 years of experience. I have complete training in EMDR and am certified in advanced hypnotherapy.
Therapy
I provide therapy for children and adults, have years of training and experience with autism and other mental health concerns regarding children and development.
Psychological Evaluations
I provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and can assess and diagnose for Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other Mental Health Conditions. I am trained and experienced in Gold Standard Tests: ADOS-2 (for Autism), IVA-2 (for ADHD), WISC-V, WAIS-V, WPPSI-IV, and WJ-V (for cognitive ability and achievement), ABAS-3 and the Vineland (for adaptive functioning), the MCMI-IV, MACI-II, M-PACI, MMPI-3, MMPI-A, Rorschach Inkblot Test-Exner System (for social emotional issues), and the NEPSY-II (a neuropsychological battery for children).
